The problem

What the work needed to solve

Combine a playful fan experience with media generation, commerce and account controls while keeping the product usable on mobile.

Implementation

What I built or changed

  • Built separate jersey and fan-photo studio workflows with responsive upload and editing states.
  • Added authentication, checkout, dashboard, gallery, support and review surfaces.
  • Designed storage, email, analytics and error-reporting integrations for a production path.
  • Structured clear product and policy routes around the creative workflow.

Stack

Tools used in context

  • TanStack Start
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Three.js
  • Supabase
  • Upstash
  • Resend
  • Sentry

Evidence

Status before claims.

This project is documented from its local implementation. No traffic, revenue or production-impact metric is presented before it can be verified.

Limitations

What this evidence does not prove

  • The product is pre-release; generation quality, licensing language and print fulfilment must be validated before launch.

Next work

What comes after this snapshot

  • Complete end-to-end media job and checkout tests.
  • Review player-image, team-mark and event-brand usage before public release.
