Case study
Mintello
Commerce architecture built for discoverability, speed and trust.

The problem
What the work needed to solve
Build a production commerce experience where crawlability, product discovery, accessibility, privacy controls and performance are treated as one system—not separate launch checklists.
Implementation
What I built or changed
- Built server-rendered category and product routes with deliberate metadata, canonicals and crawl paths.
- Implemented product, organization, breadcrumb and website structured data that reflects visible page content.
- Added sitemaps, privacy controls, accessible interaction states and performance-focused media delivery.
- Structured answers and entity context for conventional search as well as answer-engine discovery.

Limitations
What this evidence does not prove
- These are controlled local lab results, not field data or a promise of identical results for every visitor.
- Homepage mobile LCP measured 3.0 seconds in the cited run, so media delivery remains an active optimization area.
Next work
What comes after this snapshot
- Validate field performance after sufficient real-user traffic is available.
- Continue tightening above-the-fold media and commercial query coverage.
